Wenzhou Real Metal Manufacture CO,LTD (inital name: Wenzhou Ruite Casting Co.,LTD) founded in 2005,7, located on the No.26-28,yuehu industrial,taishun county,zhejiang province.covers approximately 46000 square meters,the planned building area is 38000 square meters,it is a collection of development ,design,production,sales ,service as one of the valve or pump cast steel enterprises.now we have more than 200 employees,among whom are 8 middle and senior techinicians,In 2015.By zhejiang keer pump CO.,ltd mergers wenzhou ruite casting co.,ltd,renamed wenzhou real metal manufacture co.,ltd.
We adpot the alkaline phenolic resin sand casting process,configure 1 set of 20ton/hour resin cured sand production,and we have medium frequency furnace,vacuum furnace,resistance furnace,tempering furnace....and so on equipment,our annual production capacity achieved 6000 tons,the maximum weight of singleton achieved 12 tons, the leading products for 4"-48",150lb-2500lb gate valve,globe valve,check valve,ball valve,butterfly valve,nuclear valve,the sea water pump body,petrochemical transportation valve and marine auxiliary machinery casting,mining auxiliary machinery casting and other structural steel casting.AS for the material,Mainly we have the carbon steel,super lower carbon stainless steel,high and low carbon alloy steel,supercriticial steel,super dual phase steel,the high chromium cast iron ,and other steel made of special materials,such as:WCB,WC9,C5,C12A,CF8C,CF3M,5A,6A ........and so on.
